Day of Event Information

Event Details:

• Date: August 31st
• Tournament Start Time: 11:30 PM
• Set-Up Time: Any time before 11:30 AM (staff will start showing up at 8:30 AM)
• Event End Time: Approximately 5:00 PM
• Location & Address: Hoover Playground (137-47 Main St, Briarwood, NY 11435)

Event Schedule:

• 8:30 AM: Staff arrives
• 11:30 PM: Tournament begins
• 2:00 PM: Open play starts as tournament narrows down and courts become available

Participation and Engagement:

• The tournament will feature teams from Terp Bros, Trends, Silk Road, and Hii.
• Open play for everyone else begins around 2:00 PM – so if you or anyone from your company is interested in playing- yes you can…just not for the $2k prize
• Sponsors are encouraged to invite their staff and team to come out and hang. No tickets needed
